Wilhelmina is a solid assist commonly used on oki to force 50/50 situations on an opponent’s wakeup. 5S has very fast start-up and recovery, giving you a ¾ screen length poke in neutral with little to no risk. The tracking is insane and the bandage hitbox is deceptively large. 6S is a strong okizeme tool with high damage reward on hit. The threat of 6S hit often forces the opponent to block and help close the distance between the two players.
5S fast cooldown
Fullscreen tracking
5S is an extremely good neutral tool
Both 5/6S are amazing oki options
6S can be avoided in neutral by timing a super jump
Characters with huge normals or projectiles can hit 6S Wilhelmina
Hovers over the player and attacks the opponent with bandages. This move tracks the opponent as far as 3/4th of the screen. Even if the opponent jumps over the player the bandages will still track them. Wilhelmina will not disappear even if the player is hit.
After a short delay, Wilhelmina unleashes bandages that tracks the opponent's position and envelopes them on hit. This can be disrupted by hitting the player or Wilhelmina before she the bandages come out. This is an excellent oki tool that forces 50/50 guessing games between high/low or throw/throw bait. In neutral it can also be used as a tool to constrain the opponent's movement. Because of Wilhelmina's starting position this is an excellent defensive tool while in Trump and when in the corner can catch unaware opponent's because she'll be partially offscreen.
