Enju is a versatile offensive assist. 5S is a combo extender and 6S is a quick attack and 5[S] is a powerful assist negater. The 5[S] assist shutdown is a unique trait that can shutdown opponents who rely too heavily on their assist. The slight downside from this is if you land a hit or you are hit by the opponent, Enju will lose the marker she placed and will not negate the assist. However, landing the hit does give you a combo extension. You usually want to prioritize getting the 5S “sweet spot” during combos. As an added cool factor, you can try to connect the 5S sweet spot with a Climax Art and have her pose in the middle of the super! Similar to Leafa’s 5S, you can occasionally time 5S to whiff on purpose during okizeme for additional mix-ups. Due to its slow startup, 5S is only an average neutral tool. As for 6S, it is a combo extender plus a defensive tool. The defensive tool becomes relevant when in trump mode specifically as it’s very fast and gives you significant time to capitalize on hit.
