The "wiseguy" moniker is a formal title, a pseudonym without inherent authority. 

I am merely a warrior scientist turned lay theologian, guided by God's magnificent grace.

 After spending the first three decades of my life in darkness and ignorance, blinded to the peace and bliss that truth brings, I hit rock bottom.

I fell victim to my own ego. Fear, shame, guilt, and pity dominated my world, leaving me despondent and wanting to die. 

When I thought it was all over, I took a leap of faith and embraced the Bible's truth wholeheartedly. 

It was only when I surrendered my own understanding that God intervened and pulled me from the fire.

Now, reborn and overwhelmed by a second chance at life, I live to worship Him. 

I've learned that serving Him means dedicating my life to serving others. 

I now write apologetically in defense of the faith online, aiming to minister the Good News to those searching for wisdom and truth. 

The insights here are not solely my own; I am as fallible as any other sinner.

The key difference between me and the average sinner is my unwavering faith in the perfect truth of God's Word. 

This faith, combined with my ability to learn, trust, surrender, and obey God's perfect law, forms the foundation of this website. 

As stated in 2 Timothy 1:11-12 (The Message):

"11 This is the Message I’ve been set apart to proclaim as preacher, emissary,
and teacher.It’s also the cause of all this trouble I’m in.

About Wisdom

Faith is the greatest weapon in a Christian’s arsenal, and wisdom is its best ammunition. 

As Paul says in Romans 5:4, faith leads to endurance, which develops character, and character strengthens our confident hope of salvation. 

Wisdom allows apologists to use logic and reason systematically, based on recent discoveries in natural sciences and rational philosophy. 

The word "apologetics" comes from the Greek word ἀπολογία, meaning "speaking in defense."

Here, you won’t find mere sagacious wit that seems cavalier or contemptuous. 

This is written by someone who goes by the alias "wiseguy." Judge for yourself. 

I am no judge myself; I was once a delinquent sinner, like many others, before being saved by grace. 

Now, I am simply a messenger for Him. 

Obedient to His laws, I’ve been gifted with discernment and understanding and blessed with the talent to teach.

This website is seriously dedicated to exploring wisdom. 

Science is real, and physics is a fundamental aspect of our physical existence. 

However, we scientists have made significant progress in understanding nature and the universe. 

Science has even confirmed the reality of the supernatural, albeit beyond our physical understanding.

As a former rational agnostic skeptic turned devout believer, I must say that God is real. While some theories have attempted to explain the world without God, this doesn’t change the fact that God is undeniably real.

Science has not disproved God's existence; rather, apologetics often reflects that, despite my initial skepticism, God was right all along. 

God is in control, and it is up to you to believe or squander your time.

The essence of this website is to illustrate that through faith in Jesus Christ, we gain wisdom.
