ARTIST STATEMENT/BIO
"I grew up in Des Moines, Iowa, earned my BA in Psychology from the University of Iowa, and have lived in West Liberty for almost 20 years now. While in college, I discovered a love for creating jewelry. I loved the process of letting my imagination take over and being able to create something I could give away for someone to enjoy. For most of my creative life I have used beads, gemstones, and crystals to make earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and suncatchers. In the last couple years, I've enjoyed creating Fine Silver jewelry pieces and exploring different techniques to create. I really love the feeling of finding something you're passionate about and going after it."
