ARTIST STATEMENT/BIO
Duffy De France earned a BA degree in art and history at UNI in Cedar Falls and an MA in library science at U of I. She has taught art classes at Paulina High School, Musser Public Library, Wilton Library, Muscatine YMCA, Muscatine Art Center and for the West Liberty Area Arts Council. Her art work has been displayed at libraries and galleries in Muscatine, Bettendorf, Davenport, Morning Sun, Columbus Junction, Cedar Falls, Iowa City, Waverly, and Toledo, Iowa. She has been a member of Artists in Action, ArtSpace, National League of American Pen Women and the West Liberty Area Arts Council. Duffy is a current board member of the Muscatine County Arts Council.
