Display Your Work at the Brick Street Gallery

The Brick Street Gallery is open to artists in West Liberty and surrounding communities wishing to display and/or sell their art at the Gallery. Artists must first obtain membership with the West Liberty Area Arts Council (WLAAC). For more information on membership with WLAAC, visit us at wlaac.org.

Submitted art is generally limited to three pieces, however this number may be adjusted up or down based on size. Pieces are not juried as such, but the Gallery reserves the right to decline pieces at their discretion.

As of November 1, 2022, the Gallery will operate on a 50/50 split on any sales; whereas 50 percent commission will go to the Gallery and the remainder 50 percent, will go to the artist. For the display of artwork, no commission or fee will be required. The commission goes toward the operating costs of the Gallery itself.

Whilst we make every attempt to guard against loss or damage, Brick Street Gallery or any person, board or committee member associated with Brick Street Gallery, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to loss of revenue or profit.

Artists may be required to submit a Federal Tax ID Number, SSN, or EIN in the event that sales exceed $600. If required by the IRS, the ARTIST will receive a 1099 form at the contact address above, for the total amount of the check (s) received during the year from WLAAC.
