Every audio file has data associated with it. When you select a file, it will display the data in the field below the Audio Library display. All of this information is stored in the audio file tag, and some of this information is stored in the filename of the audio.
May be 2 - 8 alpha-numeric digits in length. Do NOT use symbols.

M = Music
S or C = Spot.
A = Auto-fill for out of date or non-existent audio.
Create custom notes about specific audio files, which may be read from the APEX On Air Playlist.
The length of the audio file as seen by APEX & may NOT be changed.
Set the start & stop date & hr for any file.
In the example, the '4th of July Extravaganza' spot will begin playing at 9 am on July 1st, end on 14th at the end of the 6 pm hour.
Set a custom start & end time instead of trimming for silence.
The time may be manually entered, as well.
Follow the same steps to mark both.
'Voice' marks beginning of vocals.
'EOM' marks the time for a tight crossfade.
They may be manually entered as well.
Automatically set the EOM for a file that has NOT had a Start/End Time or Fade In or Out set.
Volume: Sets the play volume on an individual file.
Fade In: Custom fade set from 0 - 15.
Fade Out: Custom fade set from 0 - 15.
End Cue: Sets the length of the cue play for start/end & in time/EOM.

Will display a list of days & times when the file is scheduled to play.
Deleting from the Library is permanent. It does NOT go to the Windows Recycle Bin.
Trim silence
Normalize audio
Re-encode to Wave or MP3.
To audition or cue the selected audio file.
Don't forget to regularly Save Changes as editing!!
