With every Windows update, it seems to get harder for PCs on the Network to find one another. This is because a Windows 10 update changed some Homegroup settings. Here's what you gotta do to get your computer and other computers visible on the network:
You have to do these steps on all PC's that you want to see on the network.
1) Using the search function (Cortana) type in Services and open the Desktop App.
2) Scroll down and find Function Discovery Provider Host Properties and double click on it.
3) Change Startup type: to Automatic.
4) Do steps 2-3 for Function Discovery Resource Publication as well.
5) Restart the PC and your PC should be visible on the network again.
