In the Audio Library windows, ALL of the audio files in the Library are listed: spots, liners, music, etc.
You may view & sort by the following fields of information:

Cart Number
Cart Number
Each individual file has a unique cart number. It may have letters & numbers up to 8 digits. NO spaces or characters.
Title
Title
When importing music with metadata, this field will be automatically filled by the song title.
Text / Artist
Text / Artist
When importing music with metadata tagging, this field will be automatically filled by the artist. Otherwise, it may be used for additional information or organizational purposes.
File Type
File Type
Every file has an assigned file 'Type.' Music must be typed as 'M' & Spots must be typed 'S' for reporting purposes. The other type designations are for organizational purposes.

Audio file length.
Passed Kill Date
Passed Kill Date
Displays any audio files that are passed kill date, in order to easily move files in & out of active rotation.
Music Category
Music Category
Displays only type M (music) files by assigned Music Category, in order to easily move files in & out of active rotation.
