LIBRARY:
Load Library ~ Reload the library from the Library folder after copying directly in to the Library folder in Windows explorer.
View Library Folder ~ Opens the Library folder in Windows Explorer.
REPORTS:
Basic Report ~ Save to file a report of the audio in the library, including cart number, title, artist/text, type, runtime, start/kill date.
Report with File Type Data ~ Save a report with all the aforementioned info plus the audio file type & bit rate.
Report with non-standard File Types ~ Save a report of audio file without a standard constant bit rate of 192/256kbps or containing invalid characters in the information fields which WILL interfere with searching & sorting through your audio files.
Create a Spreadsheet of the Library Directory ~
Creates & saves a spreadsheet of your library to the C:\DHD\Reports\ folder & is named 'Directory in Space Delimited Spreadsheet Format.txt.
WINDOW:
Used to easily switch between the Audio Library & Distribute Audio.
OUT OF KILL DATE:
Display Number of Out of Kill Date Files
Move Out of Kill Date Audio Files out of the Library ~ The files will be moved to the OUT OF KILL DATE AUDIO FILES folder.
