The Biancocene
Return of the ice

After the short hothouse period of the Cambiocene, the world is facing another period of intense cold: welcome in the Biancocene epoch.
The oceans, along with the terrestrial ecosystems, are absorbing and storing large quantities of CO2 and methane again, contributing to the decrease in global temperatures.

Despite its movements towards the equator, Antarctica is still largely located within the polar circle and will therefore be heavily affected by the return of glaciers. The magnitude of this global cooling event is not yet known, nor its consequences for the antarctic ecosystems. How will the native fauna adapt to this? Who will survive? And how? Wear a nice jacket and enter this new epoch to find out.
