Dance

During the COVID 19 pandemic, students might watch videos then experiment with their own dance. Students could describe their dancing or they could record their dancing and upload in a platform like Flipgrid.

In-person classes might use such videos as a way of encouraging movement or discussing types of dancing. Some programs, like Omega CDC, have hired dancers to provide instruction.

Students on Zoom or Google Meet could watch video as instructor shares their screen and then could dance along and share their experiences.
