Rapid Recon is a software that helps you manage your vehicle reconditioning process. Using Rapid Recon you can track what vehicles are in your process, where they are and how long they have been in each step. You can see all parts of your recon process and you can identify/resolve bottlenecks easily, keeping your process flowing smoothly and quickly.
Think of all of the different stops that a vehicle makes from the time it comes into your dealership: Detail, Service, Body shop etc. In Rapid Recon these are called Steps. They can be named whatever you want, to reflect how your dealership works.
When a vehicle is moved into a recon step, the timer starts.
Much of your work with Rapid Recon will be based around the steps you setup for your dealership. As work get’s completed be sure to promptly move vehicles to the next step.

To find the vehicle, type in any identifying information that you want to search by including partial text for Stock number, VIN, year, make and model.
The results will be displayed with the following options that vary depending on whether the vehicle is currently active in the workflow. If the vehicle is active, you can “View the vehicle in the current step”. This will take you to the exact location of the vehicle on either the Overview or Details view depending on where you are when you run the search. In addition to searching across the system, you can also filter vehicles in your current view from either Details view or Approvals simply by typing into the search field.
Check "Search History" right next to "Search Workflow" to see if the vehicle has already sold and is a part of our ARCHIVED vehicles. You can than utilize "Autosoft" to verify sold.
