Hard Approval Financing:
Finance application needs submitted. Direct client through out of state steps if applicable or send link so finance writers can take over the deal.
Finance Writers will then take over the client to review information. They may or may not obtain a deposit for Closing Managers to process the sale
Do you Offer Reserve? Can you hold the vehicle?
"In order to offer a reserve, pulling the vehicle off of the market we will need either proof of travels within 24 hours, a finance approval , or proof of inspection."

If the client is not wanting to be present for closing and is interested in doing a remote sale they must be made aware of "Maverick". Maverick is an entity hired by Auto Boutique that is a full-service mobile notary signing company specializing in the automotive industry.
"(Client Name) just wanted to go over and let you be aware because you are interested in a remote sale that we require a company called Maverick for $335. They will visit you to verify identification and get signatures on your closing paperwork.
Why?
"(Client Name) this is to offer secure offsite document signings so we are able to offer our potential clients nationwide an opportunity to buy with us securely."
How do I pay for this?
"Please know the Maverick and Shipping fee can be added to your finance loan or you can discuss with the closing finance manager other payment options."
Picture Request
All customers outside of two hours must be provided pictures of any imperfections on the vehicle. Our photography team has them uploaded onto a drive so we are able to share a google drive link with the client. Reach out to your leads via the Vonage chat to request the link for your client.
Must Know:
Saturday is one of our busiest sale days and Sunday has limited staff due to it being a short shift. Clients on the weekends must be prepared that there is no guarantee they will receive photos same business day. We will do our best to accommodate and provide photos and video requests within the same day but no longer than 48 hours should the waiting period exceed. Please know this only applies to available units as we will not have access to unavailable units as we limit staff from entering restricted service areas to promote safety.
"(Client Name) if you would like I can send you additional pictures for your review of the vehicles current condition. Would you prefer I send it through text or email?"
"(Client Name) I have requested the photos to be sent please give me sometime to get them to you normally I can get them fairly quick but as it is the weekend you will receive them no later than Monday. I will do my best to expedite the request"
Inspection
We welcome any client wanting to have the vehicle inspected. They can either bring the vehicle during test drive to a facility within a 100 miles of the dealership or they can hire a third-party entity to come and inspect the vehicle. We will not bring the vehicle off site. We will only reserve a vehicle for 24 hours if inspection is hired with proof of a receipt sent to us.
Tip: "A number of our clients hire Lemonsquad a Nationwide Inspection Company they run around an estimated $250 from the feedback I have received. If you decide to look into them and they give you proof of hire I can reserve the car for a day for you as a sign of good faith that we are serious about wanting to partner with you."

Shipping
All shipping quotes are estimated until the purchase is in process to be finalized. Transportation availability changes day by day and can be impacted by different circumstances. Full address should be requested for accuracy. (We want full address because we will need it later if they do proceed)
A rough estimate of shipping cost can be provided through the link on our "Auto Boutique" website (Picture Below). Shipping can take 2 to 4 weeks. A final day would not be determined until closing. If located in surrounding states we do recommend visiting us in person.
Team members can also reach out to Shipping & Receiving through chats to inquire if they would be able to provide quotes as well. Clients should be advised though that it can take 24 hours for us to be provided an estimate if we do this.
Do you offer shipping?
"Yes, we do offer estimates for shipping. Though we do recommend our clients test drive the vehicle to be confident in the purchase they are making before closing. If you provide me with your full address I can provide a rough estimate over the phone with you."
How long will it take to ship?
"Shipping dates vary it will be dependent on when you close. It can take upwards of 4 weeks but could be less than 2 weeks. We have even had them done within the week. "
I don't want to use your shipping.
"No worries, if you hire a licensed, bonded & insured company please notify your closing manager assigned to you and they will let you know once you have completed your closing so you are able to alert them to pickup the vehicle. If there is any documents they need from your shipper the closing manager will advise you.
