Always check RapidRecon and AutoSoft for the most up-to-date status on the vehicle tied to the customer profile.
Use Vonage to send the outbound or take the inbound call and DealerSocket to notate.
Review Dealersocket notes and prior visits.

Determine What Kind of Sale
Whether you are contacting a web lead via text, email and/or phone. Every time there is a an attempt to contact or communication is received from the client it should be documented. If there is no answer all three methods should be utilized. Follow-up as need.
Look over the lead the client submits or ask clarifying questions while on the inbound call. It will help you navigate what the client is needing to set them up for success. The weblead can assist in providing you their contact information, location, vehicle of interest details and possible trade information. The more you know the better.
Vehicle of interest?
"Is there something specific that you are calling in regards to? "
"Do you have the vehicle stock number or VIN number so I can look it up for you?"
"Is there specific criteria you are trying to adhere to? I want to offer my assistance in narrowing down your search and providing some available recommendations."
How are they looking to pay? Finance? Cash?
"How were you looking to purchase this vehicle? We do offer financing as we partner with several lenders and also accept cash."
Is there a trade-in?
"Were you looking to trade or sell your vehicle?"
"We certainly do accept trade-in we can set you up for in person appraisal if you would like?"
Are you able to drive in or are you looking to ship? (In-State or Out of State)
"What is your zip code so I can update our records so I am mindful of how far of commute you will have?"
"I see you are out of state, are you looking to come in person or ship the vehicle?"
What is their timeline to buy?
"How soon are you looking to purchase?"
