Last call for test drives is always a half hour prior to close.

The only time test drives will be cancelled is due to inclement weather or an emergency.

Valid driver license is required to test drive our vehicles. An unlicensed individual can walk into a dealership and buy a car in some cases. This is much easier to accomplish if the buyer pays cash, but financing a vehicle without a driver’s license isn’t always impossible.

If the customer asks why they need insurance, please ensure to let them know if they do have it, we have lot technicians and salesman who may be able to help on-site depending on availability. If they do not have their document available it is appreciated the have a PDF version they can share via email with us.

“Great question about insurance. Good news is that we have on-site representatives who can assist you quickly. We can provide an insured driver to assist you on your test-drive if you do not have insurance.”

Anything over $40,000 will need manager approval for test drive with no finance approval on file. It is best to direct the client in store to see the vehicle sales manager or inquire if they would like to have application assistance.
