Transportation calls should be sent over via warm transfer. Drop offs of new inventory, or picking up existing/sold inventory should be considered transportation as well.

Warm transfer! If they do not answer, please pick up the call and update the customer accordingly.

“They are currently with another customer, and I want to ensure they call you back swiftly. Can I please verify your phone number, name and the vehicle (last 6 of the VIN) so they can reach back out to you?”
