If They Call to Start Cancellation:
Have them email details to Auto Boutique at violeta@autoboutique.com :
- The subject line of the email should have: "Cancellation, First and Last Name with your vehicles vin number. (Example: Cancellation John Smith 1234abcd)
- In the details portion of their email they should include the following:
First and Last Name
Best Day Time Phone Number
Year, Make & Model
VIN Number
Picture of Current Mileage on the vehicles odometer
Total Loss Letter if Applicable
What you are requesting to cancel? Please include why. (Example: Service Contract, Warranty, Gap Insurance)
