There are many reason why a vehicle can be unavailable. It could have active work being done to the vehicle, be awaiting parts, be on the way to our facility or it could be sold. Please check RapidRecon and Dealersokcet to verify status of vehicles. Feel free to reach out to leads if you need further details or clarity on the vehicle.

Rebuttal #1
"Details are immediately transferred to us for majority of our vehicles upon purchase. We do our best to change pictures to stock photos or mark them call for price so clients are able focus on the right units. If you would like to share with me what you are shopping for I can review several we do have to offer.
Rebuttal #2
"I appreciate your concern on the vehicle listing. We like to post right away updates on future expected inventory as our vehicles are very fast paced and we like to be upfront of options that may become available. "
Flipping
In the event the unit is not available. Each agent is required to recommend two available units to the client during the duration of the call. As soon as you disconnect the likely hood of you getting the client back on the phone or into the dealership ceases to exist.
Using Rapid Recon you can search by keyword to see quickly if there are available similar models and makes while seeing the status of the vehicle.
You can also use the Auto Boutique website filters to create more custom searches.
Always double check Autosoft and Rapid Recon to make sure not sold.
In the photo above is an examples of a ‘stock photo’ where the vehicle has no banner and is most likely NOT AVAILABLE. The second yellow highlight just below shows an example of a vehicle that would be best for flipping as it has the best shot of being available (look for the banner and live picture). You will still need to verify the vehicle's availability in Rapid Recon & Autosoft once verified.
Scripts That Can Be Used
