Airbus A330

The A330 fleet was inherited from the merger with US Airways in 2013. There was 15 A330-200 and 9 A330-300 in the fleet at the time of retirement. American had A330 crew bases in CLT and PHL. American had recently added Premium Economy and was in the process of updating the IFE screens in Main Cabin in the newer A330-200s. However all A330s retired in 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic
