I am sorry to hear that you have not received your order yet. I checked your order and it shows that it has been delivered.
I will coordinate with our shipping center while you can also check your local post office and ask other members of your household or your neighbors if they took it by mistake. There are also times when a postman or woman is trying to be thoughtful so they put your package in a slightly hidden place to protect it from thieves. Sometimes as well, tracking shows delivered but it doesn't get dropped off until the next day or so.

To open the Glabrous Skin epilator and insert the batteries, all you have to do is slide down the handle and you will see the battery port that needs AA batteries. Don't forget to remove the batteries if you're not going to use them for a while.
Position the Glabrous Skin epilator at an angle of 75 degrees on the skin, and move it slowly against the direction of hair growth to remove it. Epilation is much more comfortable when the skin is taut, so stretch the skin you're working on to tighten it. When you move the Glabrous Skin epilator in the opposite direction of hair growth, you will cut the hair at the skin, but not remove it from the root. It's also best to practice on your arm.
For the best results, exfoliate your skin before using a Glabrous Skin epilator. Exfoliation removes dead skin cells and can prevent ingrown hairs.
Using Tips:
➤ Please clean the hair after using the SmoothGlide to prevent the hair from clogging the machine and not working.
➤ Begin the removal after a hot water bath for around 15 minutes. At this time the skin is soft, the pores are dilated, and the pain is minimized.
➤ Advance the cutter head at right angles to the skin and in the direction of the growth of the hair.
➤ After depilation, also pay attention to moisturizing the skin with some gentle emulsion.
Other tips for using Glabrous Skin epilator:
Use it at night. Some people experience redness and skin irritation after removing hair.
The redness goes away after a couple of hours, leaving clear, smooth skin.
