5x = 65
x = 13
example-
2x = 5x + 3
0 = 5x -2x +3
-3 = 3x
-3/3 = x
-1
example - 2x - 3 = 4x + 2
move the 2x first -3 = 4x - 2x + 2
then we move the 2 -3 -2 = 2x
-5 = 2x
-5/2 = x
