IM LEAGUES

To join UNLV Taekwondo and participate in sparring and class activities, please complete the following documents:

STEP 2 : Create and account using your rebel email (@unlv.nevada.edu)

STEP 3 : Click on " UNLV " and select " sport clubs" on the dropdown menu. This is located on the upper left hand corner of your home page once logged in

STEP 4 : Fill out the " LIABILITY WAIVER  and MEDICAL WAIVER " - both of these forms will be a requirement for all members to participate in our practices sessions and tournaments.
