Courtesy:
Always bow and greet your instructor and fellow students.
Hold the door open for others entering the training area.
Integrity:
Admitting a mistake during sparring even if the referee didn't see it.
Reporting any rule violations even if it's your friend who broke the rule.
Perseverance:
Keep practicing a difficult kick even if you struggle with it.
Train regularly, even when you don't feel like it or when it's challenging.
Self Control:
Refraining from using excessive force during sparring.
Avoiding negative comments or actions towards others, especially in frustrating situations.
Indomitable Spirit:
Pushing through exhaustion to complete a challenging training session.
Not giving up during a tough sparring match, even when you're losing.Remember, these are just examples and can vary based on individual experiences and situations.
