USATKD is the main website for competitions in the taekwondo community, working in collaboration with the World Taekwondo Federation. NCTA operates through USATKD, meaning that in order to compete, you need to subscribe members through their website.
UNLV Taekwondo already has a USATKD account under the taekwondo email. If you need to find the password, check the list of accounts and passwords. If necessary, it is possible to create a new account.
Here are some guidelines and information to help you navigate the process of subscribing members to competitions:
New Members:
Log in to the USATKD account.
Click on "Add New Member" to register a new member or add a member who already has an account.
To be a current member, members need to have paid for their memberships. Ensure that all competing members have a membership or add one for them.
To do this, click on "Members," find the member you want to add the membership to, then click on "Membership" and add the membership.
Without a membership, members cannot sign up for competitions. It is possible to add all memberships into one cart and send it to the Sports Club Coordinator for payment.
Members can have their own accounts. Send an email from the main account so they can create their own.
To do this, go to the member you want to create a membership for and click on "Create Own User Account."
Members need to upload documents and complete SafeSport training. Documents can take time to process, so please ensure everything is done well in advance.
Go to the event, find the event, and click on "Enter Now." From there, you can add members and coaches.
If possible, add all items that need to be paid into one shopping cart and make arrangements with the Sport Club Coordinator to pay for them.
By following these guidelines and utilizing the resources available on the USATKD website, you can effectively subscribe members for competitions and ensure a smooth registration process. If you encounter any difficulties or have questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to USATKD for assistance.
