1. Involvement Fair:

 Every semester, UNLV organizes an Involvement Fair. Student organizations must sign up in advance. For more information, visit the Involvement Fair page

2. New Student Orientation:

These orientations are usually held during the summer or at the beginning of the semester. There are multiple sessions throughout the summer and semester. You must sign up in advance. For more information, visit the New Student Orientation website

3. Poster Run:

This is a service provided by SORCE located at SU 316. To participate, flyers must be turned in to the SORCE Room by Thursday before 7 pm to be included in the Friday morning Poster Run. For more information about the Poster Run, visit the Poster Run page

4. Flyers in Individual Buildings:

Most buildings have public boards where students can put up flyers. You can contact individual buildings to find out where these boards are located.

5. Involvement Newsletter:

Through this program, you can market your organization via email. For more information, visit the Involvement Newsletter page

6. Tabling at Other Events on Campus:

There are multiple events throughout the year that are looking for organizations to volunteer or that allow tabling at their events. The requirements for these can vary. Keep an eye out for updates on new events around campus or in your UNLV email.

The SORCE Room is located on the third floor of the Student Union, room 305. Here, you can find tools to create flyers, posters, t-shirts, pins, and other items to help promote your organization.
