First request funding from the Sport Club Council (SSC)
After funding is approved, contact the Sport Club Coordinator to make purchase arrangements. Contact information can be found on the Sport Club Council website.**
For this, make sure that you have all the links for purchases ready. If possible, create a shopping list or a document with links.
You can refer to the sample email if needed.
NCTA competitions are done through USATKD. All members should be signed up, and memberships and entrance fees should be added to the shopping cart.
For instructions, refer to "How to Sign Members Up for USATKD."
Ensure all club members have completed their liability waiver and medical release forms.
If any members need excuse letters, they must fill out the form on IMLeagues.
All members need to sign the team agreement. This is not required by UNLV but ensures that members will return borrowed equipment, show up for competitions, and pay their fees.
Designate drivers for the competition trip.
Complete the driver authorization forms through IMLeagues.
Create a detailed itinerary for the trip.
This will be attached to the travel authorization form on IMLeagues.

After the competition, complete the post-competition report on IMLeagues.
