Team Agreement 

Before a trip, all members of the club who are going to participate in the tournament are required to sign a team agreement. This agreement serves several purposes:

1. Equipment Borrowing:

• Members indicate what equipment they will borrow from the club for the trip. This ensures that the necessary gear is available and accounted for.

2. Equipment Return:

• By signing the agreement, members commit to returning the borrowed equipment to the club after the trip. This helps maintain inventory and ensures the longevity of club resources.

3. Awareness of Fees:

• The agreement also ensures that members are aware of any fees associated with the trip, such as competition entry fees, travel expenses, or accommodation costs.

By signing the team agreement, members demonstrate their commitment to the club and their responsibility for the equipment borrowed and fees incurred during the trip.
