Supervises All Club Activities: Oversees the overall functioning of the club and delegates responsibilities to members.
Promotes Growth: Assists in planning classes, orchestrating events, and ensuring the positive standing of both UNLV TKD Club and its members.
Event Attendance: Strongly encouraged to appear at all Sports Club Council meetings and other relevant events.
Event Coordination: May instruct classes and delegate class instruction to others. Organizes events.
Organizes Belt Promotions: Manages the organization and tracking of belt promotion events.
Student Eligibility: Keeps track of student eligibility for belt promotions and other activities.
Communication: Informs members about belt promotion events and encourages attendance.
Acts as President in Absence: Serves as President when the President is absent during events, meetings, or other club activities.
Supports Presidential Responsibilities: Assists the President with event management, planning, and fulfilling any requirements needed to keep the club running smoothly
Communication Assistance: Helps with email communication and acts as a second pair of eyes to ensure clarity and correctness.
Sports Club Council Representation: Attends Sports Club Council meetings.
Documentation: Keeps minutes of all meetings and maintains official club records. Helps write all communication messages and emails.
Correspondence: Manages club correspondence and communication.
Membership Records: Maintains an updated list of club members and their contact information.
Administrative Support: Provides administrative support for club activities and events.
Manages Club Funds: Manages the club's finances and has access to the club bank account.
Coordinates Fundraisers: Finds and coordinates fundraising events and activities.
Records Fundraiser Success: Keeps a record of which fundraisers are successful.
Sponsorship and Donations: Looks for offers from local businesses for sponsorships or donations.
Purchasing: Handles purchasing approved by the UNLV TKD Club executive board. Ensures that the bank account and EIN are updated.
Meeting Coordination: Assists in organizing and coordinating meetings and events.
Reserves Practice Space: Finds and secures practice spaces and venues for officer meetings and group outings.
Practice Scheduling: Schedules TKD practices on a month-to-month basis.
Event Announcements: Ensures members are informed of upcoming events and that all reservations are made. Keeps the calendar on track and updated.
Manages Social Media Accounts: Oversees and updates the club’s social media platforms.
Promotes Events and Activities: Ensures timely promotion of club events and activities through social media.
Engages with Community: Interacts with followers and responds to inquiries on social media.
Content Creation: Develops and curates content that promotes the club and its activities.
Website Management: Ensures the website is up-to-date.
Promotion and Recruitment: Helps promote the club and uses resources to recruit new members.
