Zatul Iffah Mohd Arshad is a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Chemical & Natural Resources Engineering, Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) under Bioprocess Engineering Cluster (BEC2). She received her Bachelor in (Chemical-Bioprocess) Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). She completed her Master is in Chemical Engineering at UTM and PhD in Engineering at IIUM. She joined the Faculty of Chemical & Natural Resources Engineering, Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) in 2009. While she has taught various chemical engineering subjects, she is still devoted to research and consultation in bioprocess engineering. Her research interests are in enzyme technology, downstream processing (purification and drying of enzyme), environmental biotechnology, and enzyme application.
