Siti Hajar Noor is a senior lecturer in Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) from 2014 until now and fellow researcher for Bio Aromatic Research Center of Excellence in UMP. She received a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Agriculture from Okayama University, Japan and Master (Msc) and Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from Okayama University of Science, Japan. She is interested in Agricultural Engineering: focus on ripening and condition for post-harvest handling, plant technology: transgenic plant and tissue culture of flowers and fruits, molecular biology: isolation of gene and protein function using molecular cloning, fermentation, waste to wealth and waste water treatment process.
