Nurul Aini binti Mohd Azman

Nurul Aini Mohd Azman is a lecturer at the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Natural Resources, Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP). She started his journey in academia as a tutor in 2007, graduated as the first alumni of Chemical Engineering Bachelor degree, UMP. Then, she pursued her study in Master of Biochemical Engineering at Universiti of Birmingham (United Kingdom) in 2008 specialization under pharmaceutical and food technology area. Later she been awarded a PhD from Technical University of Catalonia (Spain) in 2015 specialization in Chemical Engineering (food technology). She has been teaching various courses in engineering field that includes Unit Operation, Thermodynamic, Heat Transfer and others. Her main research interest is in food technology, food nutritional and active compounds, food preservatives, food packaging with minor specialization of pharmacology field.
