Dr. Jun Haslinda Hj. Shariffuddin is a senior lecturer in Faculty of Chemical & Natural Resources Engineering. She holds degrees from the University of Science Malaysia (B.Eng. (Chemical) with Hons.), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (M.Eng. (Chemical)) and the University of Auckland, New Zealand (PhD. (Chemical & Materials Engineering)). Since 2016, she has acted as Head of Panel Academic for Reaction group.
Her main research interests include Catalyst, Advanced Material and water & wastewater treatment. She has collaborated actively in industrial researches such as with Mercu, Pekan Pina and MTBE. She has taught courses like Chemical Reaction Engineering, Catalytic Reaction Engineering and Environmental Technology for undergraduates and also master levels.
Outside of academia, she has acted as a programme director for QGen in 2016 and 2017 where this programme is a motivational programme for participants from primary and secondary schools in Pahang.
