The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of chronic pain and depression on your brain and behavior.

If you:
Are 18 years or older
Have never received the diagnosis of chronic pain
Have never received the diagnosis of Major Depression
What will I do if I decide to participate?
What will I do if I decide to participate?
The study is in-person and remote. The remote portion of the study are online surveys. For in-person study days, participants will come in for one screening visit, then one in-person study day to get an MRI.
Lastly, the participants will come in for 2 in-person study days for EEG and TMS in the Noninvasive Neuromodulation Lab. You have the option of completing all study activities or just the MRI sessions.
The whole study should take about 10 hours to complete.

You will be compensated $135 for full completion of this study and transportation to the study visit can be arranged if needed.
