SubPopulations in ASD & ADHD

What is the study?

Damien Fair, PA-C, Ph.D., of University of Minnesota, is leading a study about differences in the brains of children with and without ADHD and with and without Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) using Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and clinical assessments.

Who can participate?

  • 9 & 10 year olds in good health

  • English as a first language

  • Those with ADHD or ASD and those without

What will happen if I decide to participate?

  • Where is the study? University of Minnesota Twin Cities - Masonic Institute for the Developing Brain

  • How long will the study take? 6 weeks - 3 months. We estimate the total time commitment to be around 16 hours.

  • There will be clinical assessments for the child and parent. The child will complete 4 MRI scans.
