The following volunteer roles have unit management permissions in ZSuite to access enrollment reports and information.
Primary Community Leader
Assistant Community Leader
Co-Community Leader
Enrollment Coordinator
You must be an active volunteer for the current 4-H year in order to see information about the members and volunteers in your unit (Club, Camp or Volunteer Management Organization).

Login to ZSuite with your email and password.
In the navigation pane of the left of your screen, select your Household Member Profile and enter your PIN.
Select your Unit to see the Unit Sub Menu.

Using the Membership Report Unit Leaders can use the downloaded file to add details to confirm enrollments.
The file is sent to the to local 4-H county office to inform the decision if an enrollment is ready to be approved and made Active.
Individuals must have an Active enrollment in ZSuite before participating in 4-H activities.
