ZSuite is the official online enrollment platform for California 4-H. The enrollment system is used to manage participation in 4-H:
Track 4-H Member enrollment in different programs and projects.
Verify 4-H volunteers and their roles.
This information helps us plan and prepare for youth and volunteer needs.
Required forms linked from ZSuite are NOT accessible on Safari on iPhones or Macbooks.
Please note the following terms used in ZSuite. We will use these terms in the tutorials and information about changes in ZSuite.
The ZSuite enrollment system is organized by Household. Each Household Account contains the 4-H members and adult volunteers from that household.
Please update your Household Account if you move or change contact emails or phone numbers. Your Household Account has the primary contact information for you and your family.
The Primary Profile should be an adult who sets up and maintains the Household Account. They have the secure PIN to enroll Household Members in 4-H.
The PIN, or Personal Identifying Number, is one way to secure your Household Account from unauthorized logins or changes to enrollment. Please don't share your PIN.
Household Members are the youth and adults enrolling in 4-H.
Only individuals enrolling in 4-H as youth members or adult volunteers need to have a Household Member profile in ZSuite.
Individually enrolled 4-H Members and Adult Volunteers have Household Member profiles.
Group enrollment is for groups that are partnering with 4-H. Their information is only entered by county 4-H staff.
Each section below includes information to help you enroll in 4-H. Please use Chrome or Firefox browsers to access ZSuite. The Safari web browser is not supported.
Please see our Troubleshooting/FAQ page. You may also contact your county 4-H office for help with ZSuite.
Your enrollment is not complete until it has been approved by your county 4-H office and been set to Active status in ZSuite.
Member enrollment is not set to Active status until:
The enrollment and waiver forms are completed and submitted.
Enrollment fees are received by the county 4-H office.
Adult Volunteer enrollment is not set to Active status until:

In addition to the above, new adult volunteers must complete the following background clearance information:

FBI/DOJ Fingerprinting and Background Clearance is obtained and approved.
Please allow several business days for approval.
