The 4-H year is from July to June.
4-H Members and Volunteers must renew their membership each year to continue to participate in the 4-H program.*
*4-H members and volunteers who are already participating in projects that end in June thru December may continue in the 4-H program without re-enrolling, however they may not enroll in projects or events that start in the new 4-H year without re-enrolling.
Returning Families & Volunteers
For Returning Families
Go to https://4h.zsuite.org
Reset your password: Click "Forgot Password" and enter your email address.
After resetting your password from the email link, login to ZSuite. You will have to update your password to a secure password.
Click "Enroll Member/Volunteer Now"
Complete all enrollment sections
After all enrollment sections are complete, Click "Submit"
Pay enrollment fees
Adult Volunteers must complete all volunteer requirements before enrollment is complete
Enrollment can be approved after the county 4-H office confirms:
Receipt of enrollment fees
Submission of all enrollment forms
Completion of enrollment requirements
Please allow several business days for approval.
ZSuite Login for Returning Families
Returning families and volunteers already have a household account in ZSuite. This video shows you how to reset your password to login to ZSuite for the first time.
Returning families must reset their password in order to sign in to ZSuite
Returning families already have a ZSuite account with the same email you used in 4-H Online. This video shows what happens if you try to sign in without resetting your password first.
New Families & Volunteers
Welcome to the 4-H family!
Before you sign up in ZSuite, our online enrollment system, please connect with your county 4-H office to find a club (unit) to join. You need to select a primary club as part of the enrollment process. Members must also select at least one project to join.

For New Families & Volunteers
Go to https://4h.zsuite.org
Click "Sign Up"
Create a Household
Click "+Household Member" to add individuals to the household. Their birthdate determines their role as a Youth Member or Adult Volunteer.
Complete all enrollment sections
After all enrollment sections are complete, Click "Submit"
Pay enrollment fees
Adult Volunteers must complete all volunteer requirements before enrollment is complete
Enrollment can be approved after the county 4-H office confirms:

Adding a New Household Member
A new Household Member can be a youth or adult. Their birthdate determines their role as a youth member or adult volunteer. Only people with the PIN can create a new Household Member.
