Dear Students and Families,
This week in reading class students will be wrapping up their study of informational text features and structure and we'll examine poems and realistic-fiction texts connected to nonfiction topics we've read about before. Students will also be wrapping up their study of European Exploration of Florida in social studies class. Our focus in writing is on using elaboration techniques to help support our claims and points. I've been so proud of students' effort on their writing lately!
