VCS has an online volunteer application process. All parents/guardians that wish to attend a field trip are required to fill out a volunteer application form. The form is located on the elementary website under forms. An application must be completed every year.
Our 5th grade parents who get chosen as chaperones are also required to be fingerprinted in order to attend this field trip. Fingerprints on file are good for 2 years.
