More information to come on field trip details and chaperone responsibilities. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out.
For those interested in chaperoning, please take note:
You will be with students from 1:30pm March 2 until 5:30pm March 3, this includes eating and sleeping in the same spaces
We sleep on government property, and at night, we will be completely locked in, unable to go outside.
Sleeping arrangements are not negotiable. Boys and men sleep on one side of the room, and girls and women sleep on the opposite side of the room. So, mothers and sons will have separate sleeping areas as well as fathers and daughters.
Each class will have 6 chaperones who will supervise 3-4 students.
All chaperones MUST ride the bus.
If you are not willing to comply to these guidelines, please do not volunteer for this trip.
