Dear Students and Families,
This week our focus in reading class will be a review of fiction and nonfiction standards in preparation for the FAST ELA test on Wednesday, May 6th. Please join me in cheering on our 4th graders and lifting each one up with positive encouragement. We suggest exercise, a good night's sleep, breakfast, and a growth mindset leading into these types of exams. Students will continue their narrative writing journey this week with attention to character development. Don't forget to mark your calendars for our Awards Program on May 21st at 1:00. Thank you for all of your time and support from home and have an excellent week.
