1) all students have a tvcs.org bookmark folder when they log on their Chromebook

- click on the folder and locate the link for "Google Classroom"
2) once logged in to their Chromebook, students can click on the "Waffle" (9 gray dot grid)

To Join A Google Classroom

There are 2 ways to join a classroom
1) A Teacher provides a code you need to enter, or
2) A Teacher invites you by your email and you will see the "join" option when you go to Google Classroom

If you have a code to join a class....
go to Google Classroom (as described above)
Click the + (plus) symbol in the upper right corner
select "Join class"
Type the class code in the space provided
Select "Join"
2) Accept an invite from a teacher to JOIN a class

A teacher may INVITE a student directly.
When the student goes to Google Classroom
They will see the class tile and the option to "Join"
Click on "Join" for each class where this is an option
Always select the "Classwork" tab

Anytime you are in a Class in Google Classroom
Students should ALWAYS select "Classwork" tab
This is where ALL communication and assignments will be available.
