1. Restart your computer. You need to do this regularly to receive updates.

2. Clear your browsing history/cache Clear Cache directions

3. Take off moving backgrounds, enlarged mouse, halos around the pointer, etc. Return settings to the original ones.

4. Check that your keyboard is US and not INTL.

5. Plug your computer in. Sometimes this refreshes it.

6. Powerwash the device.

1. Hold down the power key and the refresh key and count to 6.

2. Hold down the power key and the brightness key (big sun) for 6 seconds.

3. Close the lid, open the lid, give a second or two. Hit the power button if needed.

4. Make sure you're plugged into the correct port.

5. Try a different wall outlet.
