SmartCare Troubleshooting

1. Navigate to the top right-hand corner of Google Chrome and select the (3 snowman dots) icon. 

2. In the menu that populates, select MORE TOOLS. 

3. In the Sub-menu that populates, select CLEAR BROWSING DATA.

4. Please select TIME RANGE and set to ALL TIME. 

5. please check BROWSING DATA, CACHED IMAGES & FILES, AND COOKIES & OTHER SITE DATA.  

6. Select CLEAR DATA. 

 

Once this has been completed, please attempt to sign back in at My.Smartcare.com to confirm if this resolves the issue.
