The Trimble Local Athletic Hall of Fame was created in 1980 as a way to honor those who have made outstanding contributions to the Trimble community through athletics. After a hiatus, the Hall of Fame returned in 2003 and inducts new members every two years. To be considered for nomination an individual can either be a graduate of Trimble Local or one of the high schools that consolidated into Trimble Local, which would include Glouster, Jacksonville-Trimble, Hollister and Greens Run High Schools. The individual may also have coached in the schools of Trimble Township or been a contributor to the advancement of Trimble Athletics. Teams may also be granted special recognition by the Hall of Fame for exceptional seasons.
The selection committee is not able to consider an individual until they are nominated by a member of the community, so please go to the nomination page if you know of a person who should be reviewed by the selection committee.
