SRCI Writer’s Studio - Fall 2026
The SRCI Writer's Studio is a hands-on scholarly writing program designed to support learners in developing, writing, and submitting a manuscript for publication. Through a series of interactive workshops, participants will work collaboratively in small teams to select a publication type and topic, develop a manuscript from concept to completion, and receive mentorship and feedback throughout the writing process.

Sessions run virtually on alternating Wednesdays from 4:15 PM – 5:15 PM
Sept 30 - Session 1 | Kickoff: Introduction to Academic Writing
Oct 14 - Session 2 | The Foundation: Literature Reviews, Introductions & Backgrounds
Oct 28 - Session 3 | The Core: Constructing Arguments, Implications & Conclusions
Nov 11 - Session 4 | The Polish: A Fast & Painless Refresh on APA Formatting
Nov 25 - Session 5 | Going Beyond: Knowledge Translation & Conference Prep (Optional)
Dec 2 (date may change) - Final Session | Wrap-Up: Mini symposium (In-Person; 1.5-hour session)
