The ROOM is the home of a wide range of talent taken from across the continent. Our talent is curated from the African Leadership Academy, African Leadership University, ALX and other partner programmes. They all become members of The ROOM Fellowship.
All our talent is carefully trained in both technical and thought leadership skills, imbued with a “doer’s” mindset. Having them come through the process allows us to gain thousands of data points on each individual, as well as a truer understanding of their character; all advantages in the hiring process.
The ROOM Intelligence Platform(TRIP):
TRIP is the bespoke artificial intelligence platform that will allow The ROOM to quickly select and connect employers to top talent depending on their required needs.
Once complete, TRIP will be able to instantly select and shortlist the best candidates for any vacancy or request by any employer.
