Tickets for Graduation: Every graduate will receive two tickets. If your child would like to request additional tickets, please ask your child to see Ms. O’Halloran (Main office Secretary)  to add their name to a waitlist for ticket redistribution should there be an opportunity to provide extra tickets.

OCAS & OUAC INFORMATION

You must respond to your university offer of admission by June 3.

Universities will send admission decisions directly to you. You will find your offers in your application.

May 29 is the latest date you can expect to receive an admission decision if you applied by January 15.

Note: The universities cannot guarantee that they will reissue your offer if you do not accept it by the June 3 deadline.


How to Accept an Offer

1. Prior to the June 3 deadline, log in to your Undergraduate application.

Note: To protect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality, we cannot give you your username or password by email or live chat. If you do not remember your username or password, click the applicable link on the Log In page to retrieve them.

2. From your Undergraduate Hub, click "View Offers".

3. Click the eye icon for your Offer or Alternate Offer to view the offer details.

4. Click "Accept" to accept the offer (or "Decline" to decline the offer).

5. Click "I'm ready to submit my response/changes".

6. Follow the instructions for the Review and Payment process.

7. When you successfully complete the Review and Payment process, you will receive a confirmation number by email. Keep this email for your records.

After You Submit Your Response

After 1 hour, log back in to your application to ensure that "Accepted" is displayed for the program you accepted.

Some important deadlines are fast approaching:


JUNE 3rd: last day to accept a Conditional Offer of Admission.  Accept the program of choice in your OUAC application account: https://www.ouac.on.ca/videos/how-to-videos/#respond


Check the university portal for other important deadlines, such as residence application, residence deposit and how to pay your tuition deposit.


Starting on June 5th, if you have not received an offer of admission, you can log into OUAC and see which programs still have availability.  Please see attached image for details.

If you would like to withdraw from your course without academic penalty or it appearing on your transcript you must do so by the maintain mark date: Maintain mark date for FULL YEAR courses: April 6, 2024

Are you taking a course in private school/non-TCDSB school? it is the responsibility of that institution to ensure that the course and grade are updated on your OUAC or OCAS application. You must then submit your final report card for these courses to guidance for transcript inclusion

Graduation Photos

Graduation photos will be taking place the week of JANUARY 15-19, 2024.


If you wish for your photo to be included and receive a copy of the graduation composite, you must book a grad photo appointment time and pay the sitting fee.

SCHULICH LEADER SCHOLARSHIP

Hello Grade 12s:

Each year, every high school in Canada may nominate one university-bound graduating student for the Schulich Leader Scholarship.


A Schulich Leader Nominee represents the top entrepreneurial-minded student pursuing a STEM university program and in turn, becomes eligible to win a $100,000 or $120, 000 scholarship.

In order to prepare for graduation, please complete the "Graduation 2024 Gown Order" Google Form here: https://forms.gle/MgfjV9v7VsUbDYf28. This must be completed by February 21st 2024. 


The Graduation photo retake dates have been confirmed for March 20 & 21, 2024. To reserve  your appointment go to – www.bookmygrad.ca  and the school code is LIB.  As the first day fills up, the second will become available as well.

The photographer will be set up in the cafeteria on the stage.
