Gr.11s must carry a minimum of 7 courses day school courses.
Gr.11s, YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR HONOUR ROLL IF YOU HAVE LESS THAN 7 DAY SCHOOL COURSES
Gr.12s must carry a minimum of 6 day school courses
Gr.12s, YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR HONOUR ROLL (80% average with no mark below 60%) AND Ontario Scholar Certificate (Achieve at least an 80% average (or an aggregate of 480 marks) across any six Grade 12 courses.) IF YOU HAVE LESS THAN 6 DAY SCHOOL COURSES
2026-2027 - Students in grades 11 and 12 courses have the choice to withdraw without penalty prior to this date. Courses dropped on or after April 27, 2027 will appear on the transcript.
Semester 1 courses at Full Year Schools- December 15, 2026
Semester 2 courses at Full Year School - April 27, 2027
Semester 2 Courses - April 27, 2027

Maintain mark date for
FULL YEAR courses: APRIL 27, 2027
Dropping Night school? Send Continuing Education Course Withdrawal Form to your Night School teacher and Night school Principal.
Instructions:
Open the PDF document
Click the arrow in the top right corner of the screen. "Save as" to your desktop. Complete. Save using LAST NAME. FIRST NAME
Attach as an email and send to your appropriate guidance teacher. Any full year course demitted after_____ will appear on the student's transcript.
PLEASE NOTE: If you drop a course there is no guarantee that the course will be available in Night /Summer school
