Gr.11/Gr.12 students: If you would like to drop a course, complete the "Course Withdrawal Form"
Gr.11s must carry a minimum of 7 courses day school courses.
Gr.12s must carry a minimum of 6 day school courses
YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR HONOUR ROLL IF YOU HAVE LESS THAN 6 DAY SCHOOL COURSES
2023-2024 Full Disclosure Dates - Students in grades 11 and 12 courses have the choice to withdraw without penalty prior to this date. Courses dropped on or after this date will appear on the transcript.
Semestered Courses/Day eLearning Courses - November 28
Semester 1 courses at Full Year Schools – Full Disclosure December 8.
Quadmester 1 Courses - November 8
Full Year Courses - April 6 2024
Students send Continuing Education Course Withdrawal Form to Night School Principal.
Bishop Morocco/Thomas Merton night school - December 11 & St. Joan of Arc night school - December 12

Click the arrow in the top right corner of the screen. "Save as" to your desktop. Complete. Save using LAST NAME. FIRST NAME
Attach as an email and send to your appropriate guidance teacher. Any full year course demitted after April 6 2024 will appear on the student's transcript.
PLEASE NOTE: If you drop a course there is no guarantee that the course will be available in Night /Summer school
