If you would like to withdraw from your course without academic penalty or it appearing on your transcript you must do so by the maintain mark date:

Please visit "Request a Guidance Appointment" and complete a Course Withdraw Form
Central transmissions of student marks to the Ontario Universities' Application Centre (OUAC) and the Ontario College Application Service (OCAS) on the following dates:
July 4, 2025
August 9, 2025
PLEASE NOTIFY YOUR GUIDANCE COUNSELLOR IF YOU DROP OR ADD ANY COURSES AFTER APRIL 6th, 2025
Are you taking a course in private school/non-TCDSB school? it is the responsibility of that institution to ensure that the course and grade are updated on your OUAC or OCAS application. You must then submit your final report card for these courses to guidance for transcript inclusion
