If you would like to withdraw from your course without academic penalty or it appearing on your transcript you must do so by the maintain mark date:

Central transmissions of student marks to the Ontario Universities' Application Centre (OUAC) and the Ontario College Application Service (OCAS) on the following dates:

• November 14, 2025
  First semester midterm marks. Interim marks for full-year courses. 

• February 10, 2026
  First semester final marks and currently enrolled second semester courses. Interim marks for full-year courses. 

• April 10, 2026
  Second semester midterm marks. Interim marks for full-year courses.

• April 23, 2026
  Con Ed and Day eL courses marks re-transmitted. 

PLEASE NOTIFY YOUR GUIDANCE COUNSELLOR IF YOU DROP OR ADD ANY COURSES AFTER APRIL 18th, 2026

Are you taking a course in private school/non-TCDSB school? it is the responsibility of that institution to ensure that the course and grade are updated on your OUAC or OCAS application. You must then submit your final report card for these courses to guidance for transcript inclusion
